Here’s how retailers can achieve their goals and qualify for incentives on each NESNA branded product sale.
Our Incentive Program rewards F&I Managers for growth in remitted contract volume.
Here’s how it works:
Category 1 (0-49 contracts)
Tier 1: 5% growth (low payout) | Tier 2: 20% growth (high payout)
Category 2 (50-99 contracts)
Tier 1: 5% growth (low payout) | Tier 2: 10% growth (high payout)
Category 3 (100+ contracts)
+5% growth unlocks special Tier 3 payouts
Example: If a Category 3 dealership averages 100 contracts, they must remit 105 contracts to qualify for the incentive program. After that, both new sales and retroactive products sold earlier in the month count toward incentives.
F&I Managers and Dealerships can log in to the NESNA Incentive Portal to track performance, review growth progress, and view payout details in real time.
The NESNA Incentive Program is tailored for F&I managers, sales managers, and other producers at the dealership.
To be eligible, retailers must have an active F&I Manager enrolled in the NESNA Incentive Program
Contract eligibility is based on the transaction date (remittance) and customer purchase date. Only contracts with a remittance date and a contract date within the Incentive Program eligibility period will be eligible
NESNA Incentive Program earnings can be paid to dealerships and F&I managers.
Participation in the NESNA Incentive Program is voluntary.
Dealers who are actively producing and selling NESNA F&I products are automatically enrolled. An email is sent to the dealership when the Incentive Program launches for them.

No. All contract data is automatically populated in the portal through NESNA × DOWC tech integrations.
You will receive a password reset email once your portal is live. You can reset anytime from the login page.

Yes. Dealerships can directly assign contracts within the Dealer Portal. This ensures every contract is linked to the correct F&I Manager for accurate target tracking and incentive payouts.
Yes. If a dealership elects to receive incentive payments, please reach out to the NESNA Incentive Support Team to initiate or update the payment setup.
Dealerships must update their F&I roster immediately in the portal or inform support@nesnaincentives.com to ensure contract assignments and future payouts are accurate.
All canceled contracts will appear inside the portal and will be automatically adjusted in your incentive calculations.
