Already producing dealers are automatically enrolled. From there, they can invite F&I Managers. F&I Managers can then complete their signup. (Dealers not yet producing must first sign a Producer Agreement to receive their Activity Page link and access the Incentive Program).

2. SELL

F&I Manager can sell products, hit goals, and earn incentives. Every qualified contract of NESNA F&I products sold by them counts towards monthly targets.

3. RELOAD

Once benchmarks are met, your dealership or F&I managers receive payouts. F&I managers NESNA Incentive Card refreshes every time F&I managers earn.

Program guidelines

Here’s how retailers can achieve their goals and qualify for incentives on each NESNA branded product sale.

NESNA Incentive Program

Effective December 1, 2025

Our Incentive Program rewards F&I Managers for growth in remitted contract volume.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Your Dealership is placed into categories based on its 3-month rolling average of remitted contracts.
  2. Incentives are unlocked once you hit your growth target for the month.
  3. After qualification, both new contracts and retroactive products sold before target count toward payouts.

Categories & targets

Category 1 (0-49 contracts)

Tier 1: 15% growth (low payout) | Tier 2: 20% growth (high payout)

Category 2 (50-99 contracts)

Tier 1: 5% growth (low payout) | Tier 2: 10% growth (high payout)

Category 3 (100+ contracts)

+5% growth unlocks special Tier 3 payouts

Example: If a Category 3 dealership averages 100 contracts, they must remit 105 contracts to qualify for the incentive program. After that, both new sales and retroactive products sold earlier in the month count toward incentives.

Access Your Payouts

F&I Managers and Dealerships can log in to the NESNA Incentive Portal to track performance, review growth progress, and view payout details in real time.

Eligibility

The NESNA Incentive Program is tailored for F&I managers, sales managers, and other producers at the dealership.

To be eligible, retailers must have an active F&I Manager enrolled in the NESNA Incentive Program

Contract eligibility is based on the transaction date (remittance) and customer purchase date. Only contracts 
with a remittance date and a contract date within the Incentive Program eligibility period will be eligible

NESNA Incentive Program earnings can be paid to dealerships and F&I managers.

Participation in the NESNA Incentive Program is voluntary.

DEALERSHIP

1. How do dealers get enrolled in the NESNA Incentive Program?

Dealers who are actively producing and selling NESNA F&I products are automatically enrolled. An email is sent to the dealership when the Incentive Program launches for them.

You will receive a secure link to your Dealer Activity Page where you can:

  • Opt out of the program, OR
  • Invite your F&I Managers to participate

No. All contract data is automatically populated in the portal through NESNA × DOWC tech integrations.

You will receive a password reset email once your portal is live. You can reset anytime from the login page.

You can invite F&I Managers:

  • Directly from the initial Activity Page, and
  • From inside your Dealer Portal (Invite F&I Manager button)

Yes. Dealerships can directly assign contracts within the Dealer Portal. This ensures every contract is linked to the correct F&I Manager for accurate target tracking and incentive payouts.

Yes. If a dealership elects to receive incentive payments, please reach out to the NESNA Incentive Support Team to initiate or update the payment setup.

Dealerships must update their F&I roster immediately in the portal or inform support@nesnaincentives.com to ensure contract assignments and future payouts are accurate.

All canceled contracts will appear inside the portal and will be automatically adjusted in your incentive calculations.

Yes. Incentive and contest structures may change by program period based on NESNA guidelines. Any updates will be communicated through the portal and are always detailed in the Program details in the portal and will also be communicated through email.

F&I MANAGERS​

1. How do I join the Incentive Program?

You will receive an email invitation from your dealership. Click the link and complete:

  • Account setup
  • W-9 submission
  • Agreement to program Terms & Conditions

After that, you can access your Incentive Dashboard.

Yes. You can:

  • Assign contracts sold by you
  • Reassign contracts to other F&I Managers within your dealership (if permitted by the dealer)

Once monthly incentives are calculated and approved, you will receive an email from the NESNA Incentive Payment Portal.

All canceled contracts will appear inside the portal and will be automatically adjusted in your incentive calculations.

1. What access does the Field Team have?

Field Reps can:

  • Invite and delete F&I Managers
  • Assign contracts
  • View each dealership’s performance
  • Drill down by store, product, or F&I Manager
  • See incentive totals and payout amounts
  • Monitor selling trends and targets
